A pan of 8 purple sweet potato milk bread rolls with the option to add pineapple bun topping for a sweeter roll. We take our ultra fluffy milk bread and add mashed purple sweet potato for a naturally vibrant lilac hue and extra moisture. The rolls do not taste like sweet potato but have a subtle earthy flavor.
Thanksgiving preorder pickups are on Wednesday the 22nd between 2-6pm at the shop (1608 Jackson Ave, Ann Arbor).
Storage and Serving Instructions:
Store these rolls at room temperature, ideally in an airtight container.
To reheat, place rolls in a 350F oven for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
Ideally served within 2 days of pick up.
